As I've been learning intuitive eating more and more I wonder about how this would work with future children. I think it's great that you give them choices and have them decide what sounds good to them. Additionally, allowing them to measure things out and decide when they're full is wonderful. So many time parents force their children to eat more and I wonder about what effects that has on them. Lastly, I love that you don't outlaw sweets and allow for it to have a natural place in their lives.
